New Workshop Added! Finding Balance On the Page & Mat: A Poetry & Yoga Workshop Weekend
June 27th, 2017on
For many practitioners, writing and yoga are conduits to personal inquiry. Both require intention and attention. Emari will guide participants throughout the weekend on individual writing and yoga practices and how to develop new strategies to sustain them in daily life. By the end of the weekend, participants will have explored how yoga and meditation can lead to authentic writing, generated several new poems, received one-on-one consultations, and created realistic action plans to continue these practices at home.
Enjoy a guided sleep meditation, morning practice and pages, writing prompts, free time to explore the grounds and your own work, incredible meals and even better fellowship. For the complete weekend schedule, click here.
Single Occupancy Room : $495
